Every step makes a difference at the S.A.F.E. 1 in 26 Run/Walk, happening Sunday, November 1, at James Island County Park.Choose your challenge with a 10K, 5K, or Stroll, and join us as we raise epilepsy awareness, build community, and support S.A.F.E.’s work across South Carolina.
The event begins at 8:00 AM, and all paces are welcome — bring your family, friends, and even the stroller! Because 1 in 26 people will be diagnosed with epilepsy in their lifetime, every step helps us move closer to a South Carolina where people affected by epilepsy are supported, understood, and empowered.
